Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We have made it easy for you to return your purchase, if you change your mind or the size wasn't right for you. Simply use the return label that you received with your purchase. Do note that when using the return label, we will subtract the amount for returning your goods from the amount that will be refunded to you after receiving your purchase at our warehouse. 

When returning an item, please use the shipping bag that you first received the item in. Just make sure that you seal it properly before attaching the return label to the package, and delivering it to the carrier you originally received the package from. 

In case you lost the return label, please reach out to hello@reignofgaia.com and request a new one. 

When we have received and accepted the returned goods, you will receive a refund within 10 business days. Please note that this amount will correspond to your purchase amount deducted from the cost of return. The refund will be transferred to the payment method you used for the purchase. 

Please note:

• The package must be sent directly to the address listed above, as we are not able to pick up your package at a parcel shop.
• Once we have received and accepted the returned item(s), you will receive a refund within 14 working days. the refund will be transferred back to the credit card used for the purchase.
• The responsibility for the item(s) is yours until the item(s) has been delivered to the listed return address. For your own safety, please keep your postage receipt with the tracking number until you have received your refund.
• We do not offer exchanges. if you need a different size or color, please place a new order for the right one.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The additional costs of returning the order are at your expense and will be deducted from the purchase order. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
